Our project team, aware of fact that each step in the process is critical to the overall success of a project's implementation. We consider our Methodology Process as 5D Process

1st Phase - Discover

Finding Why : During this phase we deal with Strategy & Business Intelligence, that is, about "know why, know how". Our very 1st action is to find out why you, our client, want this work done. What is driving this need? From this plain question we work with you to develop a approach and direction for your application, web site or anything else. The project leader (PL) documents the requirements for the web application, critical success factors, and a general plan for completion that becomes our source of understanding and moving forward.


2nd Phase - Design

Planning the work : From discovery document, We create a plan to further define business requirements, design and layout, and the technical foundation for the project. This plan happen to be our design document that you endorse, which allows us to begin building.

3rd Phase - Develop

Working the plan : Development phase is the reality phase where Concepts, designs, strategy, and blueprints become a reality. Project team take action on the plan which is detailed in the design phase, using the tools, platform, and resources detailed in the design document. Once, this phase is regarded as complete, the Alpha version of the product is given for evaluation.

4th Phase - Debug & Demonstrate

Testing and modifying : Adhering to the design phases of each project, execution of Test Plans are done which is ofcouse part of Quality Control Processes. Testing is the emphasis in this phase of the project. We review feedback from the Alpha version posting and make necessary modifications. The modifications result in the Beta version. Next, the Beta version is reviewed, tested, and further modified.

5th Phase - Deploy

Releasing and documenting : Deployment is a set of activities that make a software system available for use. The Service, Product, Application is made live once the final approval is obtained from both client who has sponsored the project as well as project team which was responsible in developing the same. During this phase, not only the detailed description of the system is documented, but also the knowledge transfer is well documented to support and maintenance. Our team drive the successful launch of every interactive solution from Discover to Demonstrate with disciplined execution finishing well within time, with the stipulated budget.
